Surrender of certificate.—Every child care institution who ceases to carry on the care of children in an institution shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every register of deaths held by him has been disposed of.
