Safe custody.—Every child care institution shall keep every marriage register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the care of children in an institution is carried on, shall record in Form V the description of every marriage register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar General within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
