Surrender of certificate.—Every lessor of immovable property who ceases to carry on the granting of leases shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Stamp Revenue Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every certificate of stamp duty held by him has been disposed of.
