Intimation of change.—Every lessor of immovable property shall intimate to the Stamp Revenue Board, in Form B and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Stamp Revenue Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
