Surrender of certificate.—Every online gaming intermediary who ceases to carry on the provision of online games shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every data breach report held by him has been disposed of.
