Safe custody.—Every online gaming intermediary shall keep every security audit report to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of online games is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every security audit report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within fifteen days of the close of each year.
