Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the online gaming intermediary shall apply to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
