Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any occupier of land used for manoeuvres dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every defence work then held; and the Commanding Officer of the Unit shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
