Application for registration.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres carrying on the use of land for manoeuvres shall make an application for registration to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
