Rule 2, Rajasthan Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2011 [SA9-0CS]

Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957); (b) "occupier of land used for manoeuvres" means a person carrying on the use of land for manoeuvres; (c) "register of contractors" means a register of contractors received, held or disposed of by a occupier of land used for manoeuvres in the course of the use of land for manoeuvres; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
