Application for registration.—Every foster parent carrying on the foster care of a child shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form II, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every inventory of the estate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
