Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an old age home who ceases to carry on the running of an old age home shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Rajasthan in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every inventory of the estate held by him has been disposed of.
