Intimation of change.—Every operator of a dam shall intimate to the State Executive Committee, in Form C and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Executive Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
