Surrender of certificate.—Every stamp vendor who ceases to carry on the sale of court fee stamps shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Legal Services Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every decree held by him has been disposed of.
