Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the user of the national flag shall apply to the Review Committee in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Review Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
