Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a public building who ceases to carry on the keeping of a public building shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Review Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every report of the commission held by him has been disposed of.
