Rule 15, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2010 [SA8-9SZ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the landholder shall apply to the Board of Revenue in Form 5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Board of Revenue shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
