Intimation of change.—Every licensee of an explosives magazine shall intimate to the Government of Karnataka, in Form VIII and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Karnataka shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
