Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of an explosives magazine shall apply to the Government of Karnataka in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Karnataka shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
