Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of an explosives magazine who ceases to carry on the storage of explosives shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every weapon held by him has been disposed of.
