Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any committee of a gurdwara dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Gujarat in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every inventory of jewels then held; and the Government of Gujarat shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
