Application for registration.—Every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall make an application for registration to the Government of Gujarat in Form G, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every trust held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
