Application for registration.—Every operator of a children's home carrying on the running of a children's home shall make an application for registration to the Committee in Form I, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every case file held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
