Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pension fund manager shall apply to the Board of Trustees in Form 5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Board of Trustees shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
