Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the working women's hostel shall apply to the District Magistrate in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the District Magistrate shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
