Surrender of certificate.—Every digital locker service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of digital locker services shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every digital signature held by him has been disposed of.
