Surrender of certificate.—Every distributor who ceases to carry on the distribution of food shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Adjudicating Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every food product held by him has been disposed of.
