Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a telecommunication tower dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Maharashtra in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Government of Maharashtra shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
