Intimation of change.—Every collector of a Panchayat tax shall intimate to the Director of Panchayats, in Form 3 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Panchayats shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
