Rule 30, Uttar Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2010 [SA7-N48]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the public servant shall apply to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
