Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Principal Member Secretary in the Law Department, Government of Odisha shall be by direct recruitment; the age limit for direct recruits shall be twenty-five years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a Bachelor's degree from a recognised University and a certificate course in computer applications.
