Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a shop shall apply to the Industrial Tribunal in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Industrial Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
