Application for registration.—Every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall make an application for registration to the Child Welfare Committee in Form VI, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every inspection report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
