Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the requisitioned property owner shall apply to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Rehabilitation Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
