Application for registration.—Every requisitioned property owner carrying on the ownership of requisitioned property shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 4, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
