Intimation of change.—Every point of sales person shall intimate to the Institute of Actuaries, in Form IRDA-7 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Institute of Actuaries shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
