Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the point of sales person shall apply to the Institute of Actuaries in Form IRDA-6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Institute of Actuaries shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
