Intimation of change.—Every contractor for a religious fair shall intimate to the Waqf Tribunal, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Waqf Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
