Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for a religious fair who ceases to carry on the conduct of a religious fair shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Waqf Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every trust property held by him has been disposed of.
