Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for a religious fair shall apply to the Waqf Tribunal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Waqf Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
