Application for registration.—Every hospital carrying on the running of a hospital shall make an application for registration to the State Medical Council in Form 41, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every test report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
