Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the translator empanelled by the court shall apply to the Registrar General in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the Registrar General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
