Application for registration.—Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application for registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 12-C, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every voucher held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
