Intimation of change.—Every implementing agency shall intimate to the Directorate of Treasuries, in Form GFR 41 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
