Application for registration.—Every transferee carrying on the transfer of property shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 4, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
