Surrender of certificate.—Every consent manager who ceases to carry on the management of consent shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Unique Identification Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every consent held by him has been disposed of.
