Intimation of change.—Every consent manager shall intimate to the Unique Identification Authority, in Form A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Unique Identification Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
