Production of records.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall, on request by the Regional Officer of the Board, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where mining within a forest area is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any plastic packaging not held at those premises.
