Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall intimate to the State Board, in Form III and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
