Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a mine within a forest who ceases to carry on mining within a forest area shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every wild animal article held by him has been disposed of.
